It produces wines with primary, fruity and acidic aromas, being its thin skin and compact grapes.
Xarello:
Resistant, of high degree, it provides structure and acidity.
Parellada:
It produces dry white wines, fresh and aromatic, with moderate gradation and fruity acidity.
