Elaboration process

Torrens Moliner, true to its spirit of overcoming and improving, bets on integral control of the production process, returning to its original roots.

HERETAT LA FORTESA’S OWN VINIFICATION: Own vineyards, own grapes, Vinification in the own Estate.

We make our products using 100% ecological procedures in viticulture, both in the process of pressing the precious grapes themselves, and in the subsequent vinification of the initial must obtained.

The Winery

In our cellar, we craft our wines and cavas, always taking into account the rest time necessary to achieve maximum quality.

To enhance and preserve all the nuances of aroma and flavor, we carry out the first fermentation at a constant temperature.

the vintage

With the aim of preserving the environment, and ensuring the excellent quality of the grapes, we always harvest by hand, with a box of 15 kg net. This is how we manage to keep the grapes in excellent health condition at the entrance to the Celler de La Fortesa.

Organic viticulture

We produce organic wines under the DO Penedès and the DO Catalunya. We also make organic sparkling wines with DO Cava.

At Torrens Moliner we attach great importance to ecological and precision viticulture, which allows us to obtain high quality products.

We always bet on the indigenous varieties of our land: Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada and Trepat.
